School apologizes for blacking out gay student's photo in yearbook

was blacked out of the high school yearbook because it showed him
kissing his boyfriend. They had argued that the image was too suggestive,
but relented after critics claimed the decision was discriminatory
because similar photographs of heterosexual couples were left untouched.
